Functional Design
The functional design of this stool is perfect for use in cafés and restaurant spaces. This stool is not only ergonomically comfortable for customers but also designed to easily stack and be moved by staff.
Designed in Solidworks, there were many interactions of this design. By utilising simulations in Solidworks the design was weak at first, not able to bear a heavy weight. Through intelligent design decisions and tweaks, the final design is extremely strong.
